I am not sure if this qualifies as a testimonial, but I had been planning on telling you all at Dessange THANK YOU since my last visit.  I have been going to Dessange for a few years and since that time have moved from Green Bay to Milwaukee.  I have been driving up to Green Bay for my services because Sarah R. has been the absolute best stylist I have ever had.  I feel like I am always changing—dark/light, short/long—and she's great at listening to me tell her what I would like done, but providing ideas and working with me so I leave feeling great about my visit.  She's friendly and wonderful at what she does. She is worth the 2 hour drive!
 
The real reason, however, is to tell all of your staff thank you so much for making my sister's experience with Dessange so wonderful. I made an appointment for my sister, who I have been trying to get to Dessange for a while. She wasn't sure what she wanted, but she thought she wanted a bit of a change.  She loved the salon and the experience, but after a few days at home with her new cut, she realized that the cut just wasn't working out for her.  She felt like she did something wrong—as if she asked for the wrong thing or didn't speak up soon enough. I told her to call Dessange and explain, and she did (after a lot of coaxing). She called me as soon as she returned and was gushing about how wonderful everyone was to her and how they made her feel like her happiness was THE most important thing. She had such a great experience and left feeling so much better.   THANK YOU to everyone who made my sister feel so special that day.  It's fabulous customer service like that which will get you customers for life.

I would recommend Dessange—Green Bay to anyone looking for a new fresh look.  My mother was so impressed, she is coming in at the end of this month for a new look.  I have a very hectic life, spend time both in the office and outdoors, and wanted an easy to maintain style that complimented my face structure.  Since my makeover, I feel and look 10 years younger, have gotten tons of compliments from everyone in the office, including men (who usually don't notice stuff like that) and feel glamorous and feminine naturally without a lot of work in the morning.  I love the color too... she did such a good job that no one knew I just had my hair colored— it looks and feels that natural!
 
I really like Dessange's philosophy and approach to cutting and styling hair.  I appreciate that your stylists don't push a ton of products and show you how to style your hair so it looks just like when they style it.  As a long time user of Clinique products, I was impressed with your line of makeup, Bodyography.  I actually bought a few items and plan on switching to that line of makeup— it was so light and natural, I hardly felt like I had make-up on.

I have the most unruly hair. I have always been referred to as the girl with the "crazy" hair.
